A colorful airbourne parade. Excellent job recovering these shots from your days of film. 1988 seems like just yesterday...but 20+ years ago? Wow.

I agree with all those who have preceded me, it must have been grand to see that many balloons in the air at one time! Great collage, Harry, a lot of fun to view even if we weren't there in person!

As lovely as these are individually, there's something really breathtaking about seeing so many all at once; fantastic selection of views and sizes, you are so good at giving us so much so enjoy!

what a mix of textures you got here! Some with lots of balloons like little creatures in the sky; one with a big balloon in the center; one with a few balloons in the distance; and that bottom one with a balloon looking like it got caught in some buildings and can't move. (I know, it's resting—I assume it didn't go astray. But to the untrained eye it's a lot of fun to see that big balloon marooned inside a complex of buildings which look tiny by comparison.) A lot of fun and a lot of variety. Always a pleasure to catch up in your gallery, the journey is always so rich and bold. I have to go to your earlier uploads when I'm settled again, you do a lot of series & I don't want to miss all these journeys.
