This is awful news, you will be feeling lousy. Those files will be irreplaceable and all your work for nothing. Maybe the thief when he has a look at them may hand them in though I guess that is asking too much. Maybe a piece in your local newspaper may help. I'm glad you are back online though and with a splendid capture, it is so clear. Let me know if I can be of any help with files etc.

I got cleaned out so to speak about 12 years ago. Still boils my blood thinking of that day! Great capture you've done here Richard. It reminds me of mountain terrain in our desert area nl, the Namib!

Those dirty thieves. What good are all those digital files to them? The loss of personal papers is not good. They probably thought there would be money in the safe. Thank heaven you weren't in the house at the time. Where were the dogs? They just had to add insult to injury and cut the phone wires. My home was broken into years ago, and I didn't feel safe for a long time afterwards. I hope your things are recovered, especially the personal papers. Make sure that identity theft doesn't result from this. Geez, I feel so bad for you. The photo on the other hand, is awesome. Such wonderous places we have here!

This is an amazing and beautiful capture Richard. I am so sorry to hear you have had a break in, how dreadful for you to be violated in such a way. I have been burgled a few years ago, so I know exactly how you must be feeling, I send my sympathies to you. hugs Jane xx
