Description

This image is dedicated to Marti, I think of her this time of year, when the cherry trees bloom. I have not seen her since the spring and summer we spent together in college. A day in the cherry orchard, it makes me smile now, while it breaks my heart. I won't say when it was, but the hip-hugger jeans were in style (the first time round). Marti was wonderful, but she was a wild, free spirit, so I could not keep her for my own. I hope she's happy and doing well...birthdays and sentimentality suck. Enjoy this one, it's bittersweet. D.
