Hello ! I made this for the monthly theme Metamorphosis and I used Molly´s exiting image. Wheew I hope I made this links right. Thanks for your kind comments to my previous post and special warm thanks to those who added it to favs. Have a great day. Seems to be another fine spring day. Maybe not that much sunshine, but still fine.

makes me think of a web too, helle! the little blue in all the golden and brown tones are a fine colourpalette, quite a fascinating play with molly's branches :)

Helle, I gotta tell you, this is one of the best metamorphoses I've seen. (And it's another tribute to Molly's wonderful image.) It's kind-of a kaleidoscope, but you've done so much more with it. The frames seem to spill over on each other, yet they also seem separate. You've made a background which is solid yet like a cloud, and it spills over the edges like smoke. And the branches have been 'spun', like silk or like energy-lines: They're almost like lightning bolts. It's a very rich mixture of textures & lines & motion. I really like it. And it's wonderful how you created those ornamental forms (at top & bottom) and an almost Native American pattern in the center. Wonderful use of Molly's image. Another reason why these metamorphoses are such rich and beautiful affairs: A definite fav from me!
