Mark this is fabulous and has such depth and inner beauty to it. In all honesty you are your art are like a answer to prayer for me this morning as you provided me with a beautiful lift I needed so much today. For me your Inner Life Of A Pearl is beautiful, intricate and a great expression of your loving nature my friend.

Wow. Now we know... the inner life of a Pearl is hardly dull! So much unfolding within these protective layers. The oyster really knew what he was doing while applying these cascading films of rainbow pinks & reds. It looks like a river of celebration from the inside out. Just lovely!!

WOW How nice to know how such pearl looks inside... or maybe it is its spirit. :)) What ever it is, It is so beautiful and wavy. Lovely colors and I see a dove in the upper part, so I guess it MUST be the inner spirit. ;-)))

Here you've provided a rich, depth of field. I feel like I can easily reach through many layers. I've eaten many oysters in my day (pass the cocktail sauce please) but haven't come upon my own pearl yet. Thoughts of fine dining aside, hope I haven't offended anyone, this makes quite a thought provoking piece. I like the fact that you created first and titled second. That gives a mysterious sense of creating in cooperation with someone else. Neat.

There's a song title that's tickling at the back of my mind--but the only word I can come up with at the moment is "swirling". This swirls and dips and flows and wafts in the breeze, and in the most beautiful colors. It's another of your pieces that just begs to be turned into some amazing wrap or scarf or something I can once again touch and feel. I love pearls, the idea of where they come from makes me think I was a mermaid in a former life. I hear this and I feel it. Thank you.

echoing the title are the subtle layers upon layers seen here ... the colors are soothing and envelope the consciousness of the viewer like the clam holds the pearl ... a captivating piece Mark; one that takes us within where the pearl of great price lies hidden and waiting to come out =)

Now I'm dizzy from repeatedly scrolling up and down to take in as much nuance as I can from this beautiful creation. I'm hearing a watery fall of tinkling harp notes, and almost feeling a delicate breeze wafting from this. A stunning piece of work, every bit as evocative as your words are...

It is said that if you gaze into the iridescent depths of a natural pearl, you can see the love of the person who gave you this precious gift. This is what I see inside your pearl, your love for creating, your love for nature, your love for color and design, your love for sharing these things with others. CC

Once more you give us a gift and a challenge to our senses with the beautiful misture of colours, soft textures and luminosity you did all around. We can go throught the depht of this and touch the pearl! There is there,(i can see) and she shines, under layers, into a "halo of whiteness",like a "inner-eye": Once again, we can swim into your masterpiece... And we can "see" YOU in another dimension, meet with the cave of YOUR own mind and YOUR soul and it´s an adventure for sure: YOU can touch the soft colours YOU did,the textures of nature and the spring in YOUR own soul and encounter all the magnitude, simplicity and brightness YOU have inside. VERY BEAUTIFUL,Mark.

Brilliant composition and way of thinking, Mark. Inner portraying of a living organism. I find it very obvious in the graphics.. To see how a pearl build itself, layer upon layer... State of the art work, and idea.+5

Very beautiful. I could see it as the inner life of a pearl. It's as if a pearl were made up of small mirrors reflecting color towards it's surface to create such a beautiful thing. You did this very well. Cheers

Pearls are layered because of the nacra that makes them so beautiful. They must have a beautiful soul even if their beauty was caused by irritation and pain. But then again, isn't that what life is about? ;o) Gorgeous work my friend. Outstanding piece.

I love the electric colors and layers like a deep awareness of other creatures and how the sunset plays upon water, and I can feel the motion of swimming or floating. This is one of my favorites of your works I've seen so far, and they've all been favorites. It's glorious. So radiant and full of life. What a great concept and title. I love textures and this is rich. It makes me think about how little we see that's beyond the surface and how much we take for granted--how gracefully everything works together in the natural world.

How uplifting is this! The colors are so bright and vibrant! I love bright beautiful colors they really set the mood. Very light and airy. Like the upbeat of a foot tapping tune. It reaches my emotions and turned them around from sulky to peppy and alive. What a great image to view!

Okay, how about a colorful quilt under water, specifically during the soapy cycle of a washing machine. The vivid colors, textures and dynamics are overwhelming in this concept, Mark!

wonderful in so many ways and i have to smile as so often when i drop by here in your place, mark! but it doesnt remind me to a pearl, if it does for you, fine, very fine :) i have to think of a river, a pink one, and it seems to carry all of our good intentions for this world. now, all we have to do is to follow this river of yours, mark :))
