Description

Today the storm has passed and the sun is shining. The beauty and warmth are a welcome reward after so much snow. I spent the day outside, taking photos, enjoying so many incredible sights that stir my artist's soul. Like my glass butterflies that I had on long rods in my garden. Mounds of snow covered everything but the buttys, who looked like they were flying. It was amazing. My driveway is cleared, my little dwarf pines are basking in the sun, along with my doxies, the forest is alive with the songs of birds ... and life is good. Hope you enjoy this happy ending.:o) CC

I'm glad things are bright and sunny for you again!! Looks like your little pup is enjoying it. Those butterflies are gorgeous - EVERYTHING is gorgeous. I haven't seen snow since I was a little kid...sometimes I miss it, especially towards Christmas. A happy ending, indeed!! Have fun with your flowers ^_~

Carol these photos are so wonderful and I love the little pup out soaking up the sun, not to mention those cool butterflies poking up through the snow almost as if to signal the end of the storm.

These are such great shots! I find snow beautiful even though it can be intimidating at times when one has to shovel it. Glad to see that everything is going well in your little corner of the world.
