Description

Last Sunday I was going around with my faithful Panasonic on my hip holster, readier than Clint Eastwood in The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, when I saw these sprouts. The stark contrast between the rough surface of the tree bark and the silky texture of the sprouts was a provocation I couldn't resist. The trees may be lindens. Within a few weeks they'll start spreading a kind of cotton-like little balls everywhere, and a sticky substance, especially on the cars parked nearby.
