Description

I did some more fiddling with what is going to be Antonia's default material set (for P6 and up, anyway). The brows are new - extracted from a photo - and I've applied a mask to smooth the transition towards the lip material. Thanks to bagginsbill, I've learned about hyper-colors, which means I can change the tint of the skin in the material room without darkening it. I wasn't planning to post this test render here, but I really like the way her face turned out. If you'd like to play with Antonia, take a look at my file locker. There's also a thread in the Poser forum. As before, Antonia is by phantom3D and myself, the skin texture is by BluEcho, and the skin shader is by bagginsbill (from his VSS project).

I like her face morph. You did an excellent job on her brows and lips! I know this problem with the lips. It looks like only her head is textured from a real skin photo. The rest looks very smooth and equal. Great job so far!

Excellent work. Well worth the effort you have all put in so far :) The textures are superb and provide a great sense of realism .... even the ears don't let that down :) Well done indeed.

Looking great so far. I don't know what effort you've put into the lashes trans map yet but they could stand to be a little less perfectly regular at the ends. A common trick in the modeling of lashes is to actually use two planes instead of just one, at differing angles, so that they never appear to be completely invisible when viewed edge-on.

I already started with a skin for Antonia as she is definitly worth it - and have to confess that the lashes give me a hard time... Anyway: I just wanted to let you know that I did not forget about her!!
