Description

Here are some finished shots from my upcoming film I've been working on for a few years now, 'The Chronicles of Nerm. For the past several years, I've been creating the sets (six) and characters (twelve) for the film, and after getting all of my audio recorded, I've been animating the ten minute film! Obviously this is not the finished film, I have probably a year and a half left on this film before it is finished. But these are finished shots from the film. I feel incredibly lucky to have the amazing voice cast that signed onto my film, it's been an absolute dream come true: Nerm: Alex Mentzel - You can see Alex in 'Feast of Love' where he plays Greg Kinnear's nephew as well as in many advertisements and plays. Targ: Marc Graue - Marc owns a famous recording studio in LA. You can see him on VH1s 'Free Radio' and his voice in cartoons and games like World of Warcraft. Ky: Zoe Bell - Famed stuntwoman-turned actor Zoe Bell played a lead in Quinten Tarantino's 'Death Proof' (Grindhouse) and ABCs Lost. The Guard: Shelly Lipkin - Shelly has been on numerous TV shows and films over the years, including Laverne and Shirley, Lois and Clark and The Fugitive. Keena: Mylisha Hood - This is Mylisha's first acting work, and she did a fantastic job! http://www.vimeo.com/4268602 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1AV9TexBOQ Both links have HD versions. Sorry for some bad, crappy compression colors here and there!

Go away. I feel like a looser. Seriously, I will live vicariously through your success. Between the pillars of love and fear, there is only self clinging to an identity. Four tequilas later. Best Regards.

A year and a half? So what could be the total work time? OK, thx 4 making me less desperate with my g-r-a-d-u-a-l work on the characters and locations for the "Closed City". But also more desperate with the texturing and lighting quality:< Do you use raytraced reflections, or just image maps 4 every metal material? Some tex&light tutes/making of would be just lovely. You old, diligent rascal:P Good luck...
