Description

APRIL 23rd we celebrate St.Georges Day here in England yet I get the feeling that living within the bigger towns the old traditions are dying out. It also happens to be William Shakespeare's birthday and I can't think of anyone more suited to represent England than him. The shot of his statue was taken the day me and JeffG7BRJ visited the Butterfly farm in Stratford-upon-Avon,the birthplace of Shakespeare. The background Sky was a shot taken through the Coach/bus window on the way home. photoshopped. Thanks for dropping by and have a good day Alan.

As the story goes, his wife's sister was married to my many-times-over great uncle. Makes me sort of related to the Bard, eh? :-) Lovely work.
