Description

Hi guys :) Sorry for being so invisible, but I'm so swamped with work you wouldn't believe it. During the past few weeks I've become involved in a film production here in the UK called "Michael's Resignation", and I've done (and still doing) concept art for that movie. I'm working with the producer directly and I will also be on set during the summer in London when they're shooting this film for the sake of putting together a different documentary for the production. In the middle of that I'm still building web sites, so one thing follows the other. I've also had my first grandchild :D Well, not me...someone else took care of the delivery bit, but I'm a Granny since March 28 :)) His name is Alexander and he was 3 weeks old last weekend. I'm hoping to be able to do a trip to Sweden in July/August for the Christening :D Other than that not a darn thing happened :p The progress painting I've uploaded this time is the main character in "Michael's Resignation". His name is Michael (nifty eh? :p) and he's been home from the war in Afghanistan for 8 months when he's losing his job at a bank in London because of the recession. It's a very violent movie and no one of the main characters survive. Anyway...I'll stop babbling. I will be back with more when I get a chance. Hope everyone is doing good :D C.

What a wonderful painting so far. The story sounds intense and tragic. However, what a wonderful opportunity for your, Christa. Congratulations on that job. And another congratulations on becoming a grandma. How wonderful! I look forward to seeing more wonderful art from you on this project, if allowed.
