Description

I know...pretty silly. I have done next to nothing with birds. Only bird that happened by today was completely uncooperative but I suppose you have to begin somewhere:) Thanks for stopping by, Bill:) Please ZOOM. Go here for the other side captured by Maria:) Click Here

Hey, this is fantastic. The pose is the best. Most people shy away from this pose because they don't know how to make it work but you did. Appealing and full of character...I love it.

Awwwww, Bill, that's so sweet! Thank you for thinking of me! But you might as well have titled it 'the side most often seen' ... What we usually see as they fly away instead of a frontal shot. :) This is very nice and I love the soft pink background! Thanks, Bill. :)

Maybe uncooperative, but decidedly funny. It's its fault if it misses its chance to become a star! Great photo!!!!!!!!

Good capture...when I shoot for a bird I always forget to Zoom or some silly thing that makes the picture so not worth posting...lol I will stick to snapping shots at things that stay in one place for more than five seconds...lol

Bill! A bird! Cool! I was wondering if...... My attempt at local birds have been shall we say, poor? But, I'd love to try and get some of the local wildlife, over there! A great shot full of detail. Well done. Rob. By the way. What is it? Ha!

Stellar rear end shot of the big black bird, whatever its species, Bill. Fine dark mood ambiance, in fact, Edgar Allan Poe should love this one. I know Maria will.

It's fun and it's well done. I stayed next to a tree full of squabbling chickadees last week, through cold rain, a big snowstorm and then some warm days. They definitely have a habit of hiding behind the branches, showing their behinds and flying away when you point a camera at them. Hehe.
