I can't help with the name either Susan but I do like Andrea's description, they do look like pink tadpoles hanging down. Or as you title suggests bells but with a lot of clappers. Beautiful whatever the name and an excellent capture. Bravo!!!!!

I spent hours looking for this flower, I believe it to be in the clematis family. Did not find this specific one but found similar. Its beautiful and so is your photo! Going in my favs:-)
