Description

This was taken last September. This is one of my Grand Dad Morning Glories. I am not completely sure why the flower looks as if it is lighting up from the center, but it is one of my most favorite pictures from my garden. I thought with the arrival of spring and the beautiful weather we are having today ( finally ),that this would be a most appropriate addition to my gallery. Hopefully this will start everything blooming this year. Last year everything had such a late start. The cold weather hung on until May, and in June we had two horrible floods. We are talking 3 ft of water on Main Street. I hope that you enjoy this photo as much as I do and thank you for viewing this.

Great change of pace!! No critters in this one, not that I mind....just that I was starting to develop a complex. Is it possible, as these flowers open just before dawn, and the mornings are almost always dewy here, that a dew drop was in the flower and became illuminated by the sun? There are a lot of people here that photograph plants and such that could probably better ezplain, I'm just guessing. Regardless, this was a really awesome looking capture!!

Exceptional floral capture.....As for the aura....maybe there is some accidental Kirlian photography going on here...Darn those conspiracy theorists!...lol Beautiful work.....
