Description

I thought this was somewhat interesting. Dragon Boat racing on the Fox. Corporations get teams of unsuspecting employees together in deep servatude for one day of rowing to a drummer..... wait.....that sounds like my job! Only I don't row to a drummer , I analyze to one... The team that wins get a trophy and respect. They also get more involved in the community.

In all honesty, I don't recall the Fox river ever looking that blue, and I've lived here all my life!! Must be the reflection of the sky on the water. Believe it or not, there are actually professional teams participating in this event. I missed the opportunity last year, as I had to work, and my company took first place anyway....without me, the hosers!! This is an awesome community effort, and the proceeds all go to local charities. I have a brother in this particular boat, although I can't quite pick him out.
