All I wanted was to be someone in your eyes and have you by my side. But you were so very hard to please, I gave everything... I tried. Tried to be someone you cared for, someone you loved and needed. But you never really cared for me, you were just too damned conceited! ...I tried so hard, but nothing ever worked - You passed right through me like I wasn't even there... Have you every been in a relationship that was doomed from the start? One person had all the control. No matter what you did. It was NEVER enough. Yet you STILL wish it would work. ~yO~

Wonderful painting. I think you style and techniques have matured since I started viewing your artwork. As far as the thought goes, I bet it is a pretty common experience at sometime in most peoples lives. One of life's lessons.

Nice work!! And yes, I was in a relationship like that ......for years. Believe it or not, it was her that left. I didn't make her happy. That was eight years ago now, and she still isn't happy, so I'm guessing maybe the problem wasn't me! I had learned through that, that you cannot make anyone happy, that's a personal choice on their part. Sounds to me like your relationship was pretty much one sided, and you deserve better. Go shopping!! You already know what you want in another, shop till you find it, and do not settle for less in the mean time!! Generally when guys and gals hook up, he's thinking she'll never change, and she's thinking he will,....the truth is they're both wrong.
