I am a frenchman, and proud of it. I do live close to the city of Paris, France. Creating graphics in some form of media has always been an integral part of my life and my artistic expression. Being employed as a software consultant, leaves me the free time I require to focus on expanding my horizons as a graphic designer, and meeting the deadlines of the freelance projects I choose to undertake. I bought my first box of Bryce ( version 2 ) on a business trip to Houston, TX. I didn't opened open it for a month and personally, feel it took me a year of experimenting until I was pleased with what it could offer my unique style of design. For years, I was convinced that nothing worthwhile could be created with 3D software. Then I met a woman that was enhancing her web site. Her efforts reminded me of the software I'd purchased! I started to use Bryce with some 2D pictures of that lady. I was quite happy with the result at that time (even though those pics seem outdated to me now). I still continue to mix both 2D pics and 3D landscapes, and have added new graphics that where done almost entirely in 3D. My new tool is DAZ Studio, a 3D human creation software. Most of the time the final postworks are done with Paint Shop Pro. ARTISTS WHO HAVE INSPIRED ME: Joseph Conrad, Antoine de Saint-Exupery, Jules Verne, Jack London, Rudyard Kipling, Robert E.
