Description

Shot this a couple of days ago in my backyard, this is the classic pose for the Red or White-breasted Nuthatch. You see these guys going down the tree for the most part and I think they’re a beautifully colored bird, belong to the woodpecker family. Indeed, it is the classic Nuthatch pose. I know of no other bird that presents this view, and he posed so nicely for you!

Superb capture! Just beautiful details and shot!!! I love these little guys, the one here comes very close to me and eats from an arm length away. Working on getting him on my hand, lol!
