Description

There a lot of wars and rummors of wars. pirites and bad people around the world. I just hope all you know will come home safe and sound to you again. I was on the road driveing looking for a place to park for I was late in the battle reenactment on Manfield , Louisiana battle Some shots I shot thought the window with out looking but driveing. i do not know if this is one or not but it came out as a statement to me. The woman is a bystanter watching the battle. many of the bystanters was dress up in the 1860's clothes too. I thought of how many mothers of both sides wish they sons and husbants and fathers be home and not off to war. They praying and a hopeing to see them again in one piece and in a sound mind. Now days some doing the same if they sons go to work . it that bad out there in some places. thanks for looking and comments and votes on all my images.

Wonderful capture, Jock. It comes with great wishes. I can't see if the woman is yelling or shooting. But it's a good post with a good purpose.+5

A lovely thought for mother's day Jock, and we must never forget about those people around our world who are at war, and how many mothers worry about their sons and in fact daughters, and if they will ever come home to them. A love capture Jock, hugs Jane xx

That is a really good photo, especially for the subtext it creates, like you said. It takes a good artist to catch something like that!
