Description

On Mother's Day, Errol (sharky_) took us to the Waipo Valley**. It's a most incredible place, one I've always wanted to see. The drive down is 4-wheel drive only, and steep and scary. But we made it and wow---absolutely one of the most gorgeous spots on earth. We walked the beach, then Errol drove up into the valley several miles, thru creeks and rivers. I saw taro ponds, waterfalls a thousand feet high, canyon walls just as huge lined with ferns and palms, wild horses, and unparalleled beauty. Thank you, Errol!!! **waipo valley

I need to hit Hawaii while I'm stateside. You've caught some stuff I wanna see with my own eyes, and this is one of them. I love your vantage point! The colors are so crisp and lively, and the curve of the beach is stunning. In short, this shot rocks, and it's full of the color and zesty life that your stuff always has, and that's always something to look forward to. Great stuff here, and it looks like your trip yielded a treasure trove of images! Great stuff, indeed.
