Description

When Sir Bedivere returned the enchanted blade of Excalibur back to the hands of the Lady of the Lake at the bequest of Arthur Pendragon, even the blessed Nimue, the Lady of the Lake, could not have foreseen the trouble that would be cause when a Hellish creature of Morgan Le Fey's creation descended upon the mists of the lake to snatch the blade from the hands that would keep it safe for the Heir of Camelot to draw again in time of need. Rather, the Succubus secreted away the blessed blade in an old tomb of a Knight long fallen and in ill favor of his own Gods. Plunging the blade into the fallen Knight's sarcophagus, she chanted an ancient spell and cast upon the blade a twisted, wicked curse. "From this day forth, the blessed blade that saved the land shall fall into no male heir's hand. When once again this sword is pulled, it is from stony rest, a child of Venus will hold it to her breast. From this moment on, let it be known, that from it's rest no man shall draw the blade, Excalibur, from this stone!" With a flash of dark fire and an echoing cackle of fiendish laughter, the spell was cast and the mighty Excalibur was set in it's new home. A forgotten tomb, lost to memory and time. Yes, I will be away again until the beginning of next month (returning June 2nd). This time to be a guest in the wedding of Scott's dear sister.
