More from my outing with Sig (junge1) on Saturday ... Right by the side of the road (Highway 20 in Washington State, the North Cascades Highway) there's this train engine. It sits in a public park on a length of track that's just long enough to accommodate it. Every little boy there was all over that engine, ringing the bell, running, jumping, climbing, having a ball!

Hooray! This is a picture that shows what being a boy of that age is all about! Fine quality picture too!!! Andrea above is speaking for her part of England but the same, nanny state mentality is all around us in the USA now too. Heaven forbid that a boy might fall off something and break his arm! We all (probably age 40 and beyond) did it and learned something by it. Slap a fence around an old engine like this and ruin it for the photographer and all the boys and girls too.
