It's really grainy with artifacts around the stairs and light. Did you try enough test renders?

The problem is not about the test renders, but the time! The more you wait, the less noise remains in the picture! If you wait 4-5 hours, noise will be much less! This is a Maxwell and Fryrender feature! That's why I prefer Vray or FinalRender, or Advanced Render! But scene is nice! Well done!

this is without post production it is very fast render and it is only a skydome illumination no physical sky no sun no hdr
