Description

This is the reenactment of the manfield, Louisiana battle. some call it a diff name but it in that area. The south did win this battle. I read about the cajans in the war and they would march all day and took out they music stuff and dance halve the night. most of the Louisiana army forces was sent out of state so when the war got to Louisiana they did not have the manpower to fight the North. They say the cajuns was change forever after the war. If you not too sure what the battle was in Manfields or what a cajun is just look it up on google. I tell you one thing we cajun talk diff by putting verbs in the wrong places or just use vergs in a sentence like "Come see" that all we say in the sentence. Plus we known to eat anything and we love spices and hot red peppers too. "You come and see now ; I show you a good time here"[can not dance thought, never learned how; but you can if you want too. Bet you wish to dance with those Southern Bells YAHOO[that was a indian tribe here in Louisiana; now that no joke; look it up on google] we rich in history

Another fine photo of the re-enactors bring ing the past to life. The Acadiens never let little things like a battle won or a war lost interfere with un fais do-do and laissez le bon temps roullez!
