My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Gorgeous scenery. This is probably one of the more spectacular/fantastic places around, which would also explain the gaggles of people milling around like army ants stuck in a pheromone spiral. I just answered your Tourist Survey, and realize that there was actually a study that likened human mob tendancies (rush hour, touring, and even worship) is a strange sort of instinctive behavior gone awry...but anyway, enough of that! Great photo. I love the details and the way in which you DID manage to capture diverse human activities, despite the fact that the humans were all there for the exact same reason, except, of course if they were lost or answering the call of nature. I also LOVE the mountains, hazed oh-so-slightly in the distance.
