As I walked along the beach, I spotted this outrigger--just waiting to get back in the water.

That's one boat I haven't tried. And I've tried most of the smaller ones with and without motors. I would have to ride in one just to see how they handle. Great shot with vibrant color and sitting in that greenery really brings out its festive look.

We have craft called 'jollyboats', but this ones colour makes it a jolly boat in the other sense!

Well I think the waiting would have been over I would have helped it back into the water and faded away with the sunset! hehe. A very nice find to capture with your lens.
