Description
Made this is Max a while ago. Not that happy with it any more as I since concepted better designs. The plastic bits at the front and back are weird and the texture is not that great.

If you have better concepts, get them up - this looks great!

fantastic modeling, great texturing; couldn't do this in a hundred years.... but... The bullet ejection port is that far back, the firing chamber is in the stock, the shell cases are coming out near your armpit...;) But that's not that far from a bullpup, the UK uses something like that. I look at things funny; just ignore me...;)

I would like to see this in Fallout 3

Thank you all for the kind comments, I really appreciate them =) Tall - I have better concepts but not made in to 3D yet unfortunately. I might upload the sketch though. pakled - Yeah you have a good point about the ejection port, there are a few things that are not conventional on this gun. For example the bullets are not normal cases, they are stacked like icecream cones in 5's. That's why the port is so small and the chamber mechanism is above the magazine and does go right to the back, I didn't fully design that but I think I could get it to work out. My big concern on this design is there is no protection for your neck and head from powder escaping from the port. I'll fix that on the next concept. The cool thing about this though is the scope rotates to the side, either side for left or right handed people if you want to use the optics rather than the screen. When you rotate the scope the ejection port flips to always face away from the shooter (in the middle it stays where you left it last). I realised this would work when I started making the scope mech and thought it a bit more elegant than having to strip the gun down to flip the port over like in the 'Steyr Aug'. vkoontz - Hehe I have never played Fallout, I think I would have to drop the polys a bit for that but that wouldn't be too difficult.
