For Scott's sister, Karen, and her new husband, Robert, as a thank you for including me in one of the most important days of their lives. The day they became husband and wife. ~~~~ The lovely floral arrangements were on every table at the reception dinner, illuminated with low lights and flickering candles and the glitter of small crystals. The Bride, beaming, glowing and radiant and the Groom nervous and trembling (Karen said it, Robert!! I swear!). A lovely ceremony in an open air courtyard at the foot of a curved staircase flanked by beautiful Bridesmaids and handsome Groomsmen, the couple exchanged vows to bind them together in love for life. And a more perfect and beautiful thing I don't think I have ever seen. The night before, at the Bridegroom's dinner (where those delightful cookies were given as favors) and a more than slightly flustered Groom leading a pack of us out to "approximately" where he proposed to his lovely wife. The Champaign fountain, the wonderful DJ, the fantastic food and outstanding decor. The Bride outdid herself in planning this most special day. And I, most fortunate to be included in this special day, seated at the table with the FOB (Father of the Bride), MOB (Mother of the Bride) and BOB (Brother of the Bride - c'mon, Scott, you HAD to have seen THAT one coming!). Each table given a name of a place that held a special place in the heart of the Bride and Groom, and ours, of course, was Lambeau Field (it's important, trust me). I can't thank you enough for allowing me to be a part of your special day and I wish you both a lifetime of love. May every day bring new joy, may the only tears you shed be those of joy and every happiness in the world belong to you (even if you DO have to put up with that baseball bat obsession of Roberts *ducks*) It was a magical night, a wonderful party and a hope for the future as bright as a new born star for the newlyweds.
