Description

Invader Zim I thought I'd try my hand at some character modeling. I picked Invader Zim because he's different looking, and he looks relatively easy for a first attempt. It was actually harder than I thought to convert the 2d character to 3d and still retain the look of the character, especially the eyes. Don't think I managed to capture his essence all that well, not to mention that the model still needs a lot of work but I may start over and work on it bit by bit in the background hoping to avoid some of the problems I had with this version. So much to learn and so little patience.. For those of you who have never heard of him he was sent to Earth to enslave it. He was chosen not because he could do it but because it was assumed that he couldn't and would spend years trying which would keep away from the home planet where nobody could stand him.
