Description
I have a few quite close up shots of wild Elephants at Etosha feeding on Acacias and other bushes and shrubs.
Being surrounded by a herd of wild Elephants early in the morning when you are in your vehicle and there are only a few of you is a special yet quite un-nerving experience.

A stunning and beautiful close-up indeed! I once got closer to a bunch of elephants bathing in the waters of a Nepalese stream, and I'll always remember that feeling of 'smallness' and fragility, close the majesty and power of those creatures...!
