Damn Fine image. This tells a life story. The classic 50' caddy and chevy lines are my favorite all time classics. Great work Craig!

The year I was born these 1950 Cadillacs were brand new. Like they say nowadays...You do the math! Yes, Im about to pass another milestone. The title of this scene is a reference to the fact that I was born at the half century mark, and on September 3, 2000 I will reach a half century old. Though I vow to never grow old gracefully, I will at least be grateful for the many other wonderful milestones which Ive been granted: the birth of my two children, their graduations from high school and later from college. Now theyre both married, and I am a grandfather. My first novel will soon be published, and I am in the middle of a second. I have many interesting hobbies, including this one, the Renderosity Monster! I am proud to say I have a few good friends, some of which can be found on these very pages. In the photograph above you see the handiwork of my friend Dolly, who caught me acting silly! I apologize for that, but I especially wanted you to see my friend Greg. Growing old, losing my health, and letting my youthful appearance slip past would be easier if he were still around. But Greg was a victim of Epilepsy and AIDS, and at age 37 left this world, which, for most of us, has been a place of rich reward and blessing. He never thought of himself as a Cadillac sort of guy, but he was. So as I share his picture with you, please be grateful, as I am, for lifes many blessings both great and small. And on those not-so-good days I promise to look back at this picture and remember to spend my days meaningfully...for myself, and for Greg. Still, if you hear somebody kicking and screaming on September 3rd, it will be me!

Hi Craig, happy birthday, slightly early. As always, I find myself browsing What's New with half an eye out for something new from you, and as always, when it shows I'm not dissapointed. If it got much better than this, you could step in through the monitor into it...

Craig, all the best to you and your family. Besides being a wondeful artist I have come to know that you are truly original in all ways. I sorrow for your losses but share your optimism for the future. A fine statement from a gentleman and friend. Don't scream...It doesn't help. May all your days be filled with light. (By the way - excellent image!) Paul.
