Wendy, from the webcomic of the same name. If you like your humor bizzarre like I do, or just have time to kill go read it. URL's hidden cleverly in the picture somewhere.
Posted this one in the forum there originally, thought it looked more progressive and blurry there than it ought, checked back with the original and decided it was I who was blurry and losing resolution...
Pencil drawing inked than scanned and colored in Photoshop 6. Wendy is (c) sometime in the 90s by Josh Lesnick.

lol...I love it. thumbs up on the glasses! my main char ToniBo has been posing with her big clunky glasses and weapons for years in my "girls with glasses kick boys asses" pics. this little one here is very sexy tote'n that huge weapon! just love it!
