Hi, I am Barbara and live in Lincolnshire. I love nothing better than walking with my 3 dogs, (Large Munsterlanders) and taking the camera along. Iam afraid my photographic skills are not very good, I just point and click & hope for the best. Sometimes I do take some nice shots!!
I have lived with this breed since 1986, before that I had border collies. I was told when getting my first Munster, Jenna, I would become addicted and I sure was, owning 7 of this breed over the years.
Although Munsters are a working gundog, afraid I couldn't shoot anything, so we do other things like, showing, obedience and heelwork to music.
The girls are all different & I hope to show that in their pictures.
I would like to thank my good friend Janeeden for persuading me to get started.
Video's & songs for the girls can be seen on www.jendellas.com

Beautiful dogs but those coats, I do not know , they do look pretty uncomfortalbe for an animal.

Oh dear Barbara, I think they both have the sulks "But please Mummy we don't like these things that confine us, we want to play in the water and mud it is so much more fun" LOL, another great shot, and I will be back tomorrow to catch up some more, if nothing else happens here!!!!, hugs Jane xx

So, that's how you prepare them for a show. Wow, what dedication!!! I applaud all your preparation and TLC.

I had an Italian Greyhound just like this too, if I put a jacket on him he wouldn't move:-) It's hard work getting a dog ready for the show. I've been showing dogs for 30 years. I've shown, Igs, Borzois, Greyhounds, Bedlingtons, Chinese Crested Dogs and Japanese Chins, so I know about long coats:-) Of all the long coated breeds I think my hardest upkeep was the Crested, he was a Powder Puff and he needed to be bathed every second day!!! Lovely shot, they are gorgeous dogs you have there!
