Description

Deep in the dark places Of my soul I still cry for you I still hear your voice talking to me Still feel the texture of your skin in my hands Still smell the wild lilacs braided in your hair I know I am suppose to move on But you took such a big empty space In my heart And turned it into something special You filled it with love Gave me hope Gave me light Maybe I could move on if I wanted too But I want to miss you Just a little while longer If that’s alright I saw this Spanish lady sitting on the beach like this for over a hour. Her sadness moved me and I really wanted to get close enough to take some really good pictures. So I went over to ask her if she would mind if I took a few pictures of her sitting on the beach. The only thing she said to me was no English in a heavy accent. I put my fingers by my eyes and ran them down my face like tear drops and ask her if she was sad. She mustarded up a sad smile and looked at me like she was going to cry, so I told her sorry, waved bye and walked away. This is a picture of her I took before I went over to talk to her and this is my version of what I believe was in her heart that day. I hope everyone likes it. Oh ya as always if you have ever had a hard time letting go, moving on then this poem is for you. Vaggabondd

Something about the missing that we hang onto; bittersweet feeling, hope, who knows why or what or how? Your words and foto are truly moving. I hope she smiles again soon.
