My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Okay, I'm a bit confused by the title. Are these officially called Stalking Pots, or were you in the furtive act of stalking the various pots at the garden center? A keen shot in any event. Sorry about your health problems and general discomfort.

I've heard of these stalking pots, but I didn't realize that they were native to our own country. They seem to have built a rather large hive here, so it's probably a good thing you weren't spotted by their sentries. They probably migrated up from somewhere south of the border, ans apparently in large numbers. It looks to me, at least in this shot, that they have different classes and arrange themselves accordingly. The smaller ones seem to be more numerous and are probably the working pots. You didn't perchance happen to get a photo of the queen did you? Although she would most likely be rather well protected by the soldiers. Whew" I sure am glad you got out of there safe and sound. Nice capture, and I'm very glad that you weren't!!!

OMG, He doesn't get it..... Honey she's stalking the pots...What a goof ball he is. I like the Stalking pots, it's not a bad idea. As for the we don't know what you've done to our artwork, you can play with my pictures if makes the time pass and you feel better. Don't wait to long to go to the doctor for this please. I really don't think it's allergies. Take care dear friend and feel better soon. A Massively big hug, Cheri

Doesn't look like they noticed you, luckily... LOL!!!! The Big Orange store, eh? I think I'm familiar with that one! I hope you feel better soon.

My dear Tara - the comments are almost more entertaining than the image itself!!! I had such a good laugh now!!! Yeah, Stalking Pots must be endemic to the PNW! We don't get them here in SA! If you stalk anything here, you go to jail or your camera gets confiscated! LOL... Nice image nonetheless!!! Listen, Bruce eventually went to the doc and got antibiotics. He is much better! I think you should do the same!!!! (Remember the tarantula!) Love you and get better soon!!! Hugs, Carin xx

THis is not bad at all Tara. I like this where I can see all the pots in the background. MY very best wishes for you to feel great in a hurry, my friend. I sure would love to see what you got out of all your play around with pictures :)
durleybeachbum
The comments are SUCH FUN!!! The picture is a marvellous springboard for all that inventiveness, and what ever was wrong with 'silly'?! Today I'm off to a Garden Show, we'll see what we get. I'm rather hoping 'people'.

NO, she's doing one of those sneak factors and we have to figure out how high it is. I give it a 5 1/2!!
Katraz
Great shot, but you are supposed to shoot the rear ones first that way they don't notice you. You can do anything you like with my pics between wiping your fevered brow but licking the screen while looking at the last two can't be a good sign. get well soon.
petercp
I really do hope you get well soon Tara lol! but at least your sense of humour has not changed and you are experimenting and keeping yourself amused even if it is at our expense!! but hey we wont forget hehe!
