The Great Eagle soars above me He never flaps his wings He doesn’t have to He owns the wind He is master of all that he surveys Sitting on the mountain top Looking down on the pines A cool breeze Is blowing in my soul I am free Free from everything Everything that binds a man The world cannot bring me down Or hold me back Today I am The Great Eagle
