The Agony in the Garden
I'm cheating here, as I photographed a drawing that I did a long time ago... it was a study for a painting I did, I always hated the painting and have no idea where it is anymore... I may have destroyed it, during a fit of insanity that surpasses my normal state of insanity, I don't remember.
Anyway with this new digital phase I'm in, I decided to try to paint it again, as this medium lends itself so well to experimentation.
Insomnia is my new nemisis... so I paint till I can't see anymore.
ARTWITHIN thank you so much for all the info!!!!!! I made some brushes at 3:00 am this morning, It was fun and helped me enjoy the sleepless night !!! I hav'nt aplied them in actual painting yet but I know that I will soon!!
THANKS AGAIN TO ALL OF YOU ... For your kind words on my last post... I am not a writer, so I was'nt sure how the soldiers story would be recieved.

Very Intense emotion and juxtaposition of the unfinished with the finished. Makes the face of Christ more tragic... Thanks for the review of my work.

Your talent shows in everything you do, even when you "fail". Well fail is not the right word, as one cannot fail where one have not even tried! About this painting it is enough to say, "You don't applaud the tenor for clearing his throat".

using a photo (or scan) of your very own work isn't "cheating"---wonderful that this wasn't lost---wonderful talent!
