Second version of Pulp Fiction, this time I thought I would try using a little smoke and mirrors :-) LOL. The multi hour render (done 2x!)reminded me why I have not done a reflecting floor in ages...they are beautiful, but oh do they try one's patience!
I used Tabala's Magic Metals texture pack in the material room to change DM's wall grate and the cage to a more metalic gold and silver respectivly and then dodged them in photoshop to give them a bit more sparkle. DM makes wonderful floors for doing reflection work because they have wonderful details. Here I added both a reflection node set to 0.7 and an alternate specular glossy node to give the floor a glossy reflective surface.
Thank you Valery (Godin) for letting me play with your wonderful character, Dena. I just love working with her, she is a perfect scrapper. And good grief talk about skin detail, I can even see the wrinkles in her kneecaps! Val, I hope you like this little 50's knockoff miniseries.

Funny you mentioned her knees, I noticed that when postworking my last image with her. There's so much to love about that character. I feel your reflectivity pain but don't it look so good in the end? Nice to see this take on Dena once again!

Roxy, I like where you are going with this new look. This is very much a Samantha Spade type of feel. Maybe go with a Retro Sci-Fi from the 50's set. You have given this a very off Earth feel to it, and I like that. You have several elements that you wouldn't normally see together and made them into a dime store novel cover that really grabs my attention. The pistol and outfit suggest futuristic tones, but the background with the runes on the wall give it a very ancient feel also, The smoke from the barrel suggests that she is either chasing or running from someone. The look on her face is more determined than the last image so I would have to say that she is chasing someone over a low wall or countertop. If that belt around her leg is what she is using for a holster, I am going to feel sorry for her when she puts that hot barrel against her leg!! Your shadows and reflection are pure "Attention to detail Roxy" and you even paid great attention to the background outside the window! Awesome work Roxy!

Well well well...this is so entertaining..it is like i am watching an action scene from a movie..the first thing that i layed my eyes on is the stunning pose..the movement in that one is sublime...and the reflection on the floor supports this movement very well..i love that reflection job.....i think you did an fantastic job on that reflection on the floor..i haven't got a clue on how to go on that one myself in poser..that one is on my list for trying....(future plan lol) The lighting and colours are sublime..and i love that smoke coming from that gunn..like it just had it's first pang... Also here the camerawork is great..and you gave Dena a strong look here...she's a stong and healthy looking woman here..super is that outfit...amazing how you made that texture of that outfit so clear and sharp and glossy.. Yes and your fifties idea really rocks Roxy!! Love it!! Fabulous scene...woww and i feel so honoured that you gave me such a great gifts..that makes 4 in a row..(2 Goddes warrior scenes and 2 modern warrior scenes) i am very happy with this and you know that, Thank you Sweety, i cherish our beautiful friendship, your images and gifts in my heart..:))) Hugs Val.
