Description

Hi there. First a big thank to allthe visitors and commentators on my last image. It's always great to read all the kind words and hints. Today the second one of my little session with the small beetle.He climbed up the plant and always tried to hide behind it. So I tried to shooed him in my direction by waving my hand behind him. Holding the cam with one hand (the new lens and flash are heavy!) was not easy, but I get some good shots... Zoom, if you like,for the details and have a great day.

It's not often I consider the phrase "cute as a bug" to have any basis in reality, but this is a really cute bug. And a superb shot. Great job!

Looks like a spider has visited the plant prior to the beetle- with all the string cob-webs laying around. Nice macro shot, the details are plentiful and ones that the human eye itself wouldnt see- which is why macro lenses are so much fun!
