Hi there.
This little guy (Crioceris duodecimpuncta) I found on a asparagus-plant in the garden of my parents in law. But,this day I got no cam with me. The next day I took the cam and went back to the plant and,a happy man I was,the beetle will be still there.
I took many shot's with many settings with and without a flash to manages some good ones. The beetle is about 5-6.5mm long - happy to bought this great lens. Please zoom for all the details...
I'm on holidays, that's why the next week I could be late at the galleries.
