Hi... Most of you know me by "shahlaa" in the gallery where I do Bryce and attempt to do Poser.... I've now started a new gallery, which I had intended to do mostly writing at but find I've actually done more art than writing. I enjoy working in Bryce and I'm toying in other things but I'd really love to learn Poser. I'm the Mother of 8 wonderful kids and my 24th grandchild is due in July. My first 2 great grandchildren are due in August and September. I'm a lover of nature, music, animals and children. I'm a born again Christian.ÂÂ

Both are fantastic images and I'm jealous of your skill in Bryce! I tried tinkering with it a few times but without much success. Excellent work, both of you!

Had to do a double take this morning, Marly. LOL I see you have been collaborating and bringing another artist to the world of Bryce...WTG. I do like your haze and mist setting over the water and base of the mountain as it adds that bit of mystery in the distance. Looking forward to more from both of you.

Well done. Bryce is a powerful program. Learning to make models in Bryce takes time, but once you do, sky's the limit. Bravo!

I have to agree with you, his first is good = way to go, you're a hell of a teacher, his image looks like your style. ... Your picture here I originally thought there was a huge canyon, then noticed the water... so, your picture has some mystery and somethings in it that play with the eye... and I like that.

very nice scene.

Well, I've been comparing the 2 images, and I agree that the 'pupil' has done just as good a job as the teacher.... this is a terific scene and the mist just adds that extra dimension of depth.. great work

Very good! Very good! Teaching and education on such things is a brilliant thing to pass on to another, pay it forward for sure! Here's my suggestion...and it always has been for bryce or the most expensive apps like Maya...Make what ya want how ya want, whatever ool you can use, your mind isn't like any others, it doesn't matter..you see the world the way you see it, the colors and shapes you see it in etc.. I once had a "critic" tell me how clouds were suppose to look and how a planet was suppose to look..my response.."ummm have you ever been to the planet I created"? And on top of that how the hell can you you say a cloud should have a "specific shape or formation Also "have you ever went outside and looked at your environment? The "critic" answered back..LMAO..never really thought of it that way, I said DUHHH..don't critique over anything, I tell people I've taught and shared art with, don't let the critical put you down, just create, no questions are dumb they're just un-ans-werid, don't ever be embarrassed to ask, that's how we learn, if somone hacks on ya, its ego or jealousy, simple as that! My 2 cents:-) Just create and never stop ya'll, just do like my creedo, do one thing a day that scares the hell outta ya, and frigging create! And never stop!
