Looking great, although I think you're going to want to take a closer look at the armature for the drive train, it looks pretty diffferent on the real train: http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/tfVpv_KVJNNG3qwrhkJ7mg (very large pic, good view of the "side board" structure) http://picasaweb.google.com/deansje/LocomotivesThatStruckMyFancy#5297149750755826178 (view towards the back of the locomotive, when you get to that point)

Thanks for your comments :) Pjz99 I think you might be right regarding the drivetrain, it definatly needs some tweaking, however there are a number of different kingston flyers all of which look completely different (this isnt saying mine is right by any means) I tried to model from this image http://lh4.ggpht.com/_4KTLdAAhlbA/STx8SaQKoAI/AAAAAAAAA0A/ZNxEAIgZGZ8/IMG_1501.JPG However, the shapes never seem to fit properly, i.e. I am trying to get everything together but it just wont fit in one place. As far as I can see from what I have done the model could theoretically work, but its no perfect (I do want it to be though!) All I can say is that the engineering of this train is far superiour to my brain :P I will look again tommorrow at the drivetrain and try to perfect it. Ill also be making an effort on the wheels!

Nice going there.. there does seem to be a little difference but over all not bad work.. was just looking at a side view in one of my railway books and your coming along fine.. I think a bit of tweaking and it will be a "class Ab" in no time..
