Description

This was the image I was rendering a few days ago (seems like an eternity) and I'm still not happy with how it turned out. I was trying to get the back wall to reflect the Dragonfly, girl and flower. As you can see - it didn't happen!!! RATS! now I've got to read the tutorial and figure out where I went wrong. I will repost this when I get the wall to reflect. Other that that, the alternate iamge was a picture that my mom took of me taking pictures of the two bucks that were across the street. THAT will be posted tomorrow! Until then, happy digital imaging whatever the format and have a great Thursday. Thanks for all the wonderful comments and faves Mike

try a small section so you don't waste a lot of time waiting for the render.... I'd give you more advice, but I don't know DAZ....

yes, i know, one should: read tutorials, read help files, install updates - sigh. this one came out fine without it, although it apparently was not what you wanted :-)

Reading instructions is for wimps! mikeerson is right though, render a small section first (assuming D|S allows for rendering just a selection of an image). Sorry that it didn't come out the way you wanted it to but it is a very lovely image nonetheless!

Not sure what the tutorial has to say, I have found in Daz Studio to get models to reflect off a surface make sure you do not have an image assigned to the reflection map tab as that will use the image for the reflection, so set the tab to none and depending on how much reflection you want, set the intensity to 85% to 100%. Good luck
