That is so cool! My first thought when I saw it was "This reminds me of Mayan relief-sculptures", and then I looked even closer and it went far beyond that, now. As always I keep finding more details the closer I look.

whew, another dazzling work from you. You've got numerous 19th C/early 20th C faces, arms reaching out, organs, a diagram of circulatory or nerve systems, what looks like blossoms made of eyes & arms, some serving trays I think, or maybe something carrying medical dishes, and a whole motherboard of organic forms throughout. I'm sure I missed some other stuff—this warrants re-visits. The old faces remind me of the acadamies of 100 years ago, and if the "treatment" here is medical/psychological, it's reminiscent of the way they illustrated the body & mind in those days. And of course you subsume it all into a grand design, as you do so well, and yeah, I see Mayan & Central American in general. But I also see mandi, and it's really quite complex and endlessly engaging and I don't know how you have the discipline to assemble all these, but I'm sure grateful you do.

The mad doctors are at it again. They think they know what's best for us, but we're just Guinnie Pigs for their own sick therapies. They're the ones who need some treatment! Cool layering and effects. Lotsa goodies to be found. Definately needs to be viewed full-size.

This is a reminder to me to stay healthy for as long as I possibly can . . . I love reading the reactions at your gallery. I admire all those carefully hidden faces and hands, and instruments of torture both (fairly modern) and ancient, as well as the well-meaning founding father figures surrounding that poor patient who is probably no more than a carcass/experiment/study or sacrifice to them in their maize of treatment.
