Winsor Newton watercolor paint or Arches cold press paper. Only two pigments used - French Ultramarine blue and burnt sienna. Original size 11x15inches

Interesting use of color. Looks like a fall scene to me, with birds flying south for the winter. A little early ,IMO, for it, but looks pretty good.

Love the tones here. I would prefer if it had more light, but it's just a personal preference. Good composition. Why not attempt this same landscape in Vue?! :-)

i love the simplicity of this piece, and i bet i could appreciate it even more if if i saw it in person. it shows a great control over saturation (and therefore value) through the amount of pigment blended with the water. it feels very soft and almost misty to me. like an early morning.
