Description

This is my 4th post from our recent trip to Navarre Beach, Florida. This is a dying strand of the indigenous "Sea Oats", once prevalent on Santa Rosa Island before the recent spat of hurricanes, but now making a major comeback. They are a beautiful plant when full of life blowing in the breeze, but here a dying strand has become ill and has fallen down on the Island sand. Even in death, it cuts a stunning design. On my next post I'll show the healthier side of Santa Rosa Island's Sea Oats. My previous post showing the sound side of Santa Rosa Island can be viewed right here. Thanks for viewing. marshall
