Dear Adrie,
Each chakra vibrates at different frequencies corresponding to the colors of the rainbow. There are seven major chakras metaphysically embedded into the spinal column from the coccyx to the crown. Each chakra corresponds to specific physical, mental and spiritual functions and regulating the energy required to keep the mind, body and spirit in harmony. In a healthy body where the chakras are in balance the energy will flow uninhibited around the system, through the chakras and along the meridians. Physical problems, emotional traumas and stresses of everyday life can all affect the delicate balance, and the chakras maybe come blocked, depleted or overload, when this happens, poor health follows. Each chakra is associated with a particular part of the anatomy, any imbalances in the energy flow through the chakras will manifest as problems in the related area. Also our emotions, creative impulses, spiritual feelings and intuitive understanding are similarly affected by the condition of the chakras. Each chakra is linked to a color whose vibration frequency matches its own resonance. When a blockage or imbalance of energy occurs, the frequency of the chakra is affected. This can be restored by stimulating the chakra with the corresponding color through visualization, crystals using appropriate colored clothing or by using colored light. Because I have no crystals, nor colored clothing to give to you to help realign your chakra, I present you with a rainbow.

I remember this day, it was a nasty storm that came through. we went out side and saw the rainbow over the building down the street, and decided to go chasing for something less obstructed.
