Description

The Montreal Biodome (Biodôme de Montréal), in what was the Velodrome for the 1976 Summer Olympics, is a set of four "ecosystems" providing living conditions for animals of that ecosystem. When I visited in September of 2008, they also had an set of exhibits of both snakes, and a surprise guest. See the photo for the surprise guest! ;) The ring-tailed lemurs in the photo were visitors to the Montreal Biodome from Madagascar while I was there. I spent about half an hour watching them and taking pictures (unfortunately, this is the only one to have turned out reasonably well). Taken September 30, 2008, at 13:20 hrs.
