Description
We three roommates were wandering around the city when we came across these Otis Elevator employees picketing in front of a building. They readily agreed to let me take pictures of them.

Ridiculous , i guess only union members can get away with striking at this current time and happenings with the unemployment rate at a all time high ,they should be happy they have their jobs and the best benefits in this economic climate ! BTW nice capture of the moment !

I like the messiness and spontaneity of this shot, and the feeling that it's almost a reflection in a glass window. And the feeling of a city whooshing about its business behind them. The guy on the left is lit like a neon apparition. A very pleasing spontaneous moment. Whatever you may have done to it, or not done, you got a feeling of strikers who are partly overtaken by events (and by the city), and one who makes his point very strongly (the guy on the left). I like your photojournalism, and I like how you work in black and white (or very muted hues). This has an immediate pull to it.
