Description
Captured 2/12/09, very early in the morning before the mist burned off, within walking distance of my haunt.
A foggy day, just like in Londontown.
A ZOOM view would be to your absolute benefit.
Didn't feel much like reviewing new material for today's upload, so I just lazily regressed and picked another one of my fog fotos for manipulation and presentation.
Although it may look like it, none of these were done using Sharilyn's famous grunge method, and they're all in the original color mode.
My favorites are #2 and #4.
And let's all wish Bill/bmac62 the best of everything during and after his surgery.

Well, I don't mind the original at all. The yellow bus looks interesting in a grey fog...but...I must pick No2 for fav. Looks like out of this world alien kids go to school too...lol.

I love these fog variations of yours, they're all total explorations. I too feel the original is beautiful, which I say only so it isn't forgotten amidst the transformations you've created, 'cause I love the transformations too. The two color versions really show how dramatic color-shifts can be; and you have a sequence too, because the 3d seems even more other worldly than the second (and I love how the headlights wind up black!) Also, the trees on the left get an eerie 'spindly' quality. And the 4th: How did you ever think of that? By whiting out some of the blacks, you got an almost snow-plow look (under the buses), and the bus tops and background look covered with snow. (Your grain looks like snow too.) I can see why you chose 4 as a fav...Fine work on everyone, starting with a fine original. I love what you're doing with fog! And lol, Jodie: I definitely saw the Warhol! Glad to be mentioned in such a fine upload. (And 'Holy radioactive homework'? Lol. I think someone's been around geysers too long...) And absolutely: My best wishes along with everyone else on Bill's surgery & full recovery. We're all rooting for him down the line!
